inb4 what's Gearhoof's mom look like anyways? Spinner Distaff. Gearhoof's mom. Bastion of the textile industry, before it was an industry. Yes, she's old, I mean, Gearhoof isn't exactly some sweet young thing either. Spinner is the middle of three sisters: Spinster, Spinner(pictured) and Spindle. Spinster is a crazy cat pony, who now has a successful business making designer cashmere sweaters in Canterlot (she uses cat hair, btw, *totally* crazy cat pony). Spindle has five foals (she says she's making up for her sisters) and no free time. Spinner, well... mama is familiar. She raised me to help people with my magic, and don't *ever* get on her bad side. Ever ever.
