UV green ,bright pink , and black tutu. I purchased all the fabric for cheap. It was new sew and only took me 3-4 hours to put together due to me being descracted the whole time. I'm sure you can make these in about 1-2 hours. Little girl tutu's will probably take 30 mins.
Honestly..it looks odd on my figure O_o. Maybe it' sbecause i'm not use to the SUPER POOFY TUTU look.

I like how it came out ,but at the same time I'm a bit discouraged to wear the thing. ugh
