very nice character design. Your art style is very nice, seeing it on this character. The stripes along the top of his muzzle are done really well, and so is the coloring and shading on the pic.

Hands are drawn well too---hehe, i like hands ;p

Clothing is done very well. Cant make out those words though. Lol, is it chinese? ;p

I kinda like the background though, so i disagree with you saying it sucks. Hey, not all backgrounds have to sparkle.
