What size head does he fit? And are the hand paws made for larger or smaller hands?

The head is not particularly small. I would guess it would fit up to 24". my hands are about 7" long from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger and there is a little bit of room there but not much.

You also said this suit looks fine on a slightly smaller person as well. What would be the smallest height it would still look good on? without it needing to be altered?

I would think around 5'3" would be the smallest.

If you don't mind me asking, what is your waist/bust? Or at least what do you think the max would be? I'm pretty small, but I'd like to double check before bidding ^__^

I would say this would probably fit someone with up to a 40" waist. I'm a 34 and it is very loose on me throughout the waist and chest areas.

Oh wow, it is big! Being the creator of the body suit, would you say it is easy to tailor to a smaller size?

Actually, a friend of mine who is smaller than I am by a few inches wore the suit and it looked great, so I would say altering it wouldn't really be necessary but it would definitely be doable.

I tried to get my friends to help pitch in and get this suit... We call ourselves Lemurs in a LARP and I said we needed a mascot for events.
