Thats the standard Keranid Infected tongue

The mark that is ALLWAYS on an infected are the two cracks on the tongue.

The form of the infected it self is very variable and there are not a lot standards which give a huge possability of form but a few things stay the same with all of em.

The crack iot self is not always open but it is always visible in form of the two little glowing stripes on the side.

Depending on what degree of infection and which degree of mutation of the Keranid gene it self the color of the tongue might change as well as with a few infected the underside of the tongue where the vanes are turns black.
