It's a joke from Battle.net (Blizzard ENT. Makes of WoW\Diablo\Starcraft, etc).
UMS referring to Use Map Settings (A game type on Star craft.)
"troll ums" because we use illegal account names (Names that could only be created in 2002 and before), and now it's 10 years later, so most of the illegal account names have died off.
Illegal meaning illegal characters, such as..

Should you of actually taken the time to look at my other submissions, i show sympathy and blatantly call my self a pansexual

Why would a troll call him self a pansexual? That would only open the gate for people to try and bully\troll me.
If anything I think YOU'RE the troll picking and bullying me off of here, because you're either A. Jealous or B. Offended by my arts, in which case, no one if forcing you to look or comment on them.
