A birthday gift for my love. His favorite birds are cockatiels, and I have to admit, they are adorable.

I experimented with the watercolor brush in MyPaint. I had fun. :)

Easy way to tell if a cockatiel is female is if hey have spots on the under side of their wings. ^^

I used to have the most beautiful pied cockatiel. :P White with grey 'spots' all over him. And he was very affectionate, and like to impersonate the phone. xD

Thank you! And yes they are adorable! I think they have a thing for earrings lol. Mine always tries to chomp them.
