commission for Viffy (who is almost single handedly responsible for getting me to AC last time) poor Viffy out in the rain looking for a good home. I'm pretty happy with how the wet look came out but the rain doesn't look very good.

Mmm...improvement?...howzabout "wet surfaces have sharp-edged highlights--the layer of water smooths out surfaces that normally break up or absorb some of the light reflicting off them"

Awwwww, how cute. I'd so take him home with me. What happens after that, well, ahem... *shifty eyes* Though, one thing that I think could do with slight correction. If there were less contrast between him and the grey in the background (Perhaps by getting the color on him less saturated/slightly more grey-ish), it might set the mood of the piece a bit better.
