One of the many ways that the corruption of Chaos can grossly change one's appearance. This fellow has what is known as the Crown of Flesh. It can manifest as many things: small arms, noses, ears, as well as the tongues that you see. A mutation such as this is easy enough to hide under a hood, but Witch Hunters are not above stripping those they suspect to be mutants.
