I got their names from the song.
The clean-shaven one sings "He's Flim" pointing at the moustached one, who replies with "He's Flam" pointing to the other.
So the one with the moustache is Flim, the one without is Flam - they're lined up correctly in this picture. Unless the song is screwed up relative to the rest of the episode - I didn't go through the rest of the lines once I got their names the first time. :p

Yeah, it's the other way around it seems. It's confusing as fuck, but here: http://youtu.be/CF03LwE87Og At 2:14 they actually call eachother by name, the mustachio'd one says "Ready Flim!" getting the response of "Ready Flam!"...at least that's how I figured it all out. Hah.
