The world of S.O.S is a vast and expansive universe that is filled with a variety of species.

Appearance wise, the Veshni have dark black skin with gray blue patches on their face, chest and the underside of their arms. They have three fingers and two curved toes. Their shoulders and elbows sport large spikey plates and small boney crests above their eyes, although the male crests appear larger then the females. Males also sport another crest on their chins. The Veshni appear to be naturally bald or in the women's case mostly bald with a single ponytail, however, this is simply a cultural hairstyle and the Veshni are capable of having full heads of hair.

The Veshni are perhaps one of the most enigmatic and reclusive species on Siravia. Despite their eerie and demonic appearance they are actually a very shy race that rarely socializes with other species. The Veshni are cave dwelling creatures due to their extreme sensitivity to light. Aura feeders that have the ability to dissolve their bodies into a shadow like form where they latch onto another life-form and feed of their Aura. The Veshni are also capable of draining electrical energy, but much like a person who eats nothing but junk food, a Venshi that feeds on nothing but electrical energy will have no actual nurishment, and have to feed even more just to compensate. Despite what some people think, Veshni are not capable of completely draining a life-forms Aura and killing them, at best they may cause them to loose consciousness.

Demonic Veshni, like other Demons are violent and bring only chaos wherever they appear. Demonic Veshni, specifically, are often gluttonous, draining any Aura or electrical energy they can find. In addition to the common Demon trait of yellow eyes, Demonic Venshi loose almost all physical traits on their face, leaving only their eyes. Demonic Veshni also sprout crystal spikes on their bodies created by the Veshni's almost constantly feeding on. The most notable example of Veshni over feeding is Blackout: the Demon God of Gluttony, who's feeding became so out of control he actually began to absorb energy from city power grids naturally, causing blackouts, hence his name.
