Commish for  Interceptor1723

I admit I've never drawn an owl character before, so this is my first attempt. Simple and clean as a character design ref.

When it comes to character design commissions, I work closely with the commissioner to make sure everything works out for them to their liking. But hey, I learn stuff in the process, so its all good.
