Very good work.
I am looking at the picture, but I can't figure it out clearly: Are you measuring the inner layer of fur a bit shorter than the middle layer of leather - and the outter layer of leather a bit longer? That would give the cuffs a pre-defined curve and makes wearing them much more comfortable.
