the Glider blank, one from a small famaly of blanks that has a fiussed bottom jaw. this blank has develuped a thin membrain inbetwen forarms and it lages. studes show that there membrain is only just strong enogh to helps it jump from branch to branch, but also ther is strog evedens to indicate that the membrain is getting larger and stronger with etch generation.
