Well, I'm constructing a world and you're basically supplying me with great designs. I'm actually moving away from "furry" art and trying to re-learn basic humans. It's WAY too easy to make a "unique" furry in that all you have to do is change colors and "BOOP" new character (I mean...look at the Sonic franchise).

Besides, it's good to see someone who isn't afraid of having dark-skinned characters with beautiful designs :3

I started out with original art, then fell into fanart and then into animals/furries. I agree that with furries it's easier to come up with new designs also because you can mix a lot of animal features together and never come out as repetitive...

And despite having a lot of white skinned OCs, I have a (not so) secret fetish for dark skin. IRL I quite like the hues that the darker skinned indians have.

I started out doing fanart for TMNT, then T-Rex, then Darkwing Duck, and eventually Sonic.

I got into DBZ so I started using more anthro styles, and eventually I started making some werehumans, but heavily anime styled so they were all kind of...meh. XD I've been reading superhero comics again and I've been inspired by several artists to try and get into art again, but no one was giving me any feedback so I just gave up art entirely.

And hey...compared to a lot of the fetishes (mine isn't so secret, either) you can find browsing this site, a dark skin fetish is REALLY tame. XD I'm half-black/filipino so I'm probably biased when I say your taste in skin colors is awesome. c.c

Unless I have a specific reason or theme, I usually visit such sites to name characters. :3

I have a red panda girl that I had to look up names for because she had a strong Chinese background...because she was a "red" panda I chose the family name Qiang (meaning "wild rose") and because she's really agile her given name was Li Na ("beautiful" and "graceful").

Names have a pretty strong resonance when applied well.

I probably heard "Leilani" at some point in my youth since Hawai'i and the Philippines are pretty close in terms of geography, climate, and culture.

I either come up with invented names (and then discover that they're not original at all) or I steal them from my medical books. (Aazon is one, for example. A sign to check for peritonitis, if I remember correctly...)
