MLP Tarot card. The Queen of Clouds represents a distant ruler, one who can be both demanding of herself and others around her. She runs the risk of being a cold ruler as her thoughts are so occupied with conflict that little attention is paid to why the battles are fought in the first place. It's Commander Hurricane. As a queen.. which I figured not to overdo, since I'd figure that if she were a queen she would be the most battle-ready one of all queens.

Ooh, this is excellent! So interesting to see an actual depiction of Commander Hurricane, too. I love the design you've given her, especially the mane & tail - very stormy looking :D

Thank you muchly!! I'm glad you like my design choices, I tried to strike a balance between the expected stereotype and being a little bit similar to Dash. I actually think it's quite reasonable that she'd end up looking the way she acts - so perhaps her mane could become more colourful if her heart would melt. (Awww.. how sappy!) Either way, not a pony I'd like to face on the battlefield!
