Hmm...that would make sense. Apparently her father loves her too much to stop her from doing all things like that. But if she had grown up in a household where she had been more a...mistake, and had been thus shut down every time she had shown the slightest emotion, so she was traumatized and forced to imprison her own heart and soul...Oh wait, that's own of my character's stories...
