There's no name for her yet, nor a color scheme, will work on those later.
Basically, a female, busty female who's both an ace with the bow AND has a large enough spell repertoire to keep people out of melee range.

She looks very pretty and has a nice structure. I'd see cool colors matching her for clothing, but maybe a warm or in between color for the hair. To me though, she looks a tad skinny. Then again most anime oriented characters that're female have a large bust and are skinny. Not that it's a bad thing!
