This would be a fish I saw in a dream a while ago, it was the most colorful creature. It lives deep at the bottom of the ocean, the 'hairs' on it glow and it easily attracts fish for food but it stays bright to keep enough around so that it doesn't have to worry about going hungry, it goes as far as to allow things to grow on its back for the fish to live in. Yes it has a beak.
