As stated above this was a commission done by  demonfoxtoy feature one of my favorite couples from Tales of Travelers.

Death's life was a trail of his name sake, with a generous sprinkling of suffer for good measure. Being hated by his own mother led the mightyena down the twisted path he walked, his body soon mirroring the monstrous actions he had performed. Killed over and over, the hound had grown tired of endless conflict and was ready to meet oblivion.

And than she came strolling along, picking his battered form up and carrying him off to recover. The first act of kindness he had ever been shown in years. She didn't flinch away from him, no matter what he told her, what he threatened, she would stay beside him giving him her smile. Given such...compassion, Death was determined to protect and cherish his first and only love. His Ferra...his redemption.

...As long as she didn't call him Deathy Poo.

These two I have to say are two of my favorite characters, Death for his huge arching story and tenacity and Ferra for the simple fact she was normal. Seriously, she had no dark past, no horrible experiences...she was a pure soul free of any true malice and spite which was part of why she could give Death the chance he really needed.

I can't help but love these two. *chuckles*
