This is an old naga character of mine that I decided to use in a quick study of how a naga's face should look/work. Mine you, I drew this quite a while ago, but I still really like it since you can see some of their facial mechanics. So he may look human, but he can actually open his mouth wide enough to easily bite through an arm, or at least get a decent grip to pump you full of venom. If pressed a naga is capable of opening his/her mouth up to 90 degrees. The skin that connects the upper and lower jaws is extremely elastic, shrinking to an almost unnoticeable sliver when the mouth is closed.
