Erwin is brainy and pervy, and not necessarily in that order. All the same, he's a great guy at heart and goes out of his way to help out.

1. Extra-large understicker, because... well.. he needs the extra room.
2. Day-to-day clothes. He likes the pants because the outer fold has plenty of pockets for his various tinkering needs.

That's hard to explain. *laughs* You'd have to read the story to really understand, but essentially they're creatures that require hosts to live. Some of them can imbue their owners with special abilities, as is the case with these kids. That's as much as is known thus far in the story, and so, that's about as much as I'm willing to tell. :)
