Actually wouldn't be a bad neighborhood if not for the high crime rate. It's one of those rare places where you could walk or bike everywhere. Within walking distance are two corner grocery stores, a church, day cares, a park, a few liquor stores, and a small commercial strip. Its actually a very pretty neighborhood too, with lots of Victorian architecture and tree lined streets.
