In reality, skip on the clinical anatomy, it will mostly baffle you more. I suggest studying other artists, see how they observe their studies, develop your own individual way. Look at some nude drawing sessions if you can, those can be a great help. Other than that, just keep drawing, no matter how shit it may look sometimes, it's your progress.
