okay, this one is going to take some explaining....

in my current fic, the students of DKA are running through a simulation based on the Fallout games, (just based on, the sim has a...unique NMI theme to it :P ) but is similar enough to the games that Milenna can utilize existing game mods in it if she so wishes.

well, only one student thought to ask about mods during the "orientation" time period before they got to work in the sim, so she allowed that one to set up some mods for themselves and their "team" since they had decided previously to partner up for mutual protection and added strength in the waste land.

so using some existing New Vegas mods as a base, Cole (or more accurately Koal, since she's in female form in the pic, and the sim) set the gang here up with some nice weapons and gear, including these awesome armored body suits.

yes, this is why they don't have the normal "wasteland " feel of fallout gear, deal with it :P
