This adorable character is Lance. He's a bright, cheerful, sweet, feminine little wisp of a boy that is impossible not to love. New to the school, Lance quickly becomes the most sought after boy in school to guys and girls alike. Overlooking his overall twink appeal, and somewhat etheral beauty, the sheer enigma of his species gets everyone's attention.

Unlike most Pokemon scenarios that make legendaries a dime a dozen, I made it a point in this story that legendaries hardly exist at all, literally be legends and nothing more. Only common and somewhat rare types are seen regularly, so once the the new kid, Lance, comes to school and is a species not yet seen by ANYONE it really turns heads.

Despite being the object of many people's dreams, Lance has the ability to befriend anyone and quell almost any anger. He is also incredibly creative and has a love of art, longing to be a manga artist, thanks to his obsession with Pulseman, an extremely popular manga series in their world. Because of his sweet, innocent nature though he is incredibly naive and lends himself to questionable people, as such he becomes a prime target for Craven http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5165227/ to try and torment... though it usually doesn't go in the ghost's favor.
