This fellow is a distant decedent of modern humans. He lives in a time where on earth the sun has shrunken down to a white dorf stare. His kind keep the records of all human civilization. Including the various other decedent species dispersed through out the galaxy. Only those still living in the sol system know it to be the birth place of them all.
