I'm actually very happy with how she looks. While I was drawing her I was thinking of a Hamster. Small ears, very small tail... The thing around her neck isn't really a collar...

Maybe she was in an accident when she was younger and her vocal cords were damaged? Or it could be a heart monitor! Maybe she has an artificial heart? I love making new characters. >3<

She'll be a Time Traveler! Coming back in time from the distant future to stop a crisis! Or maybe just coming back in time to have fun! XD Who knows!

Now I need to think of colors and a name...
