Hehe, this is a commission by  isil of Kenshin and Persephone, who seem to be off to a flying start to their holiday vacation. :P

Finals are usually the last thing before holiday break - especially excruciating when you don't wanna be in class but rather in the arms of your sweetie, snuggling up over the holidays. Unfortunately for Persephone, she can't quite wait for anything, including anything that involves Kenshin. Her final exam of the final day of class was excruciating - even though the school nurse took care of her before that class, she was so nervous she was afraid of flooding her padding before she got home. Thankfully she survived the exam and started on her way home from school...more correctly on her way to Kenshin's house. Unfortunately for her...Kenshin was actually home before her since he had exams he was excused from (Persephone's teachers wouldn't excuse anyone from their courses, unfortunately)...and he saw her coming. Persephone was so excited that she took her shoes off before she even entered the door and pounced right into Kenshin after she did, giving him a big kiss.

"I just couldn't wait for vacation my Little Star!" Persephone exclaimed as she smooched him.

"Mmmmph!" Kenshin murrmurred in reply as he grinned at her, "Couldn't get out of exams."

"Sorry dear, my teachers wouldn't let me," Persephone said as she pulled him into her warms, "Was so afraid of spoiling the fun during my last exam though."

"Almost scared the wee outta ya, sweetie?" Kenshin giggled and nuzzlekissed.

"The nurse takes good care of us...but you make changes more fun," Persphone joked and looked up, "Did you put that there on purpose Kenshie?" He just blushed when he asked...he didn't have any idea that there was mistletoe above them before she mentioned that.

"I-I had no idea, darling," Kenshin sheepishly said, "I bet my mom did...expecting us to kiss a lot."

"I bet she expected more," Persephone said lovingly, "I found ya...now I gotta getcha!" She purred and pounce-pinned Kenshin on the floor, looking down at him, "I hope you know what I"m thinkin."

"Uh huhs...let's like good use of that mistletoe Persephone," Kenshin murrmurred lovingly, "And don't worry 'bout your shoes...I'll get them later." He giggled softly and looked up at Persphone and started to kiss her heavily. She purred happily and cuddled and stroked his fur and padding as she deeply kissed in reply. They made good use of that mistletoe alright...so much so that a half-hour later when Aina came down stairs to complain that it was cold she found the two making out and petting each other's padding.

"Kenshie! I'm gonna tell mom you let the front door open!" Aina yelled, pointing at him and making a silly face as well. He just gulped when his baby sis found out...but Persephone just pulled him right in for a kiss; it was the beginning of their vacation after all and you don't want to waste that.
