Instead of explaining what measurements I need for certain things, I thought it easier and faster just to draw a diagram of what I need.
These images are on my webpage, but I thought it nice to post them here as well. Not all Suitmakes require/use the same measurements, so best to communicate with your maker to see exactly what measurements they need.

Depends what you are making. I use these measurements for unitards, so I actually SUBTRACT from the measurements. Anything non stretchy, you would have to add.
IF you are not familiar with making costumes from measurements, it's a good idea to make a mock-up with cheap muslin and do a few fittings with the customer.
