Amphitrite is a member of of Team Nasci (the name means 'to be born' 'to arise'), another team of legendary pokemon who, being only freshmen, aren't legendary yet.
Amphitrite (Trinny to anyone that doesn't want a face full of Hydro Pump) is a party girl. Her parents are paying for her to go to the academy, but she could care less about battling. She has no particular goals in life other than to have fun, though if asked she'd probably say her goal was to be an actress or singer. She's definitely heterosexual, but she's pretty loose about dating, usually having a 'boy of the week'.
