Yep, there's DLC colors for BlazBlue. They come in 3 packs; each pack adding on 4 colors to each character. One noteworthy thing is that with the exception of 13 and 20, a lot of them are all the same. 14 is always a golden color that makes them look like living statues. 15 is what I call the "bubblegum" color, as it incorporates a lot of fruity colors. 17 is always a monochrome color that used to be Calamity Trigger's 12. 18 is this cool red and yellow combination, and 19 is a weird color I often associate with Jedah Domah from Darkstalkers.

13 is generally a palette that's meant to serve as a reference to someone outside of BlazBlue the character shares visual similarity to. Good examples are Jin's Ky Kiske color, Bang's Strider Hiryu color, and Hazama's Joker color. Lucian gets Shadow Lugia, what a twist!

20 is referred to as the "Guilty Gear palette," in which a BlazBlue fighter takes on the colors of a Guilty Gear character. (Jin technically has two; 13 being Ky, 20 being Robo-Ky) Upon researching Guilty Gear characters who haven't been done yet (was going to do Faust, but Relius apparently has that), I was going to give Lucian an Axl Low color, but instead Lucian gets the color of Guilty Gear 2: Overture's Izuna, chosen due to Lucian having a similar liking to the sense of "It'll work itself out"; friends; and affection that Izuna has.
