That's pretty badass :) I like the idea that he's not wearing the bones of his enemies but rather members of his own ranks that tired to overthrow him. Like only his own kind is truly worthy. It also seems very chaotic, like there's constant state of unsettled rule , like a coup is always underway.

The demons and dark ones in my story have a lot of inspiration from the forces of chaos in the Warhammer series. Of course they aren't just blatant ripoffs or anything, I added plenty of my own twists and details to them. It's pretty much what you would expect from brigands, deserters, and demons. No loyalty, only greed and the rules are made by whomever is in charge.
This character in particular overthrew a demon/demi-god to gain his status, he tore off his head and mounted the jaw to his chest piece as a neck guard. Then he forged a helmet out of black metal and fastened the demon's horns and teeth to it. Later in battle with another demon his helmet was grazed by it's claws leaving 3 long scratches upon the right eye, (not shown in this picture). His helmet is a symbol of his power and strikes fear into even some of the most powerful of demons.
