Perhaps it was the mushrooms they plucked from the ground and added to their dinner...maybe the burning firewood released some long dormant, eldritch spores to the air...perhaps the very woods themselves are enchanted... who knows?

For every bear that ever there was

Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.
Picnic time for teddy bears,
The little teddy bears are having a lovely time today.
Watch them, catch them unawares,

Will take them home to bed

I know exactly what you mean. Right now I could be productive and get on with my essay on DNA polymerases and 3 worksheets (stats, biological chemistry and biophysical chemistry). Or...I could waste some time reading (a fantasy book, not a textbook) or browsing the net. Or maybe I should go out, find myself some enchanted woods and set up a camp with my bur.
