Sadly, so many people in the USA have forgotten about that. Our school's entire focus for studying WW2 is on the Japanese Internment camps in the Western USA, and a short bit on the holocaust. Most americans would probably not even know China was fighting Japan, much less from 1937....

I think that's where the American education system really failed to teach the next generation how to tell friend from foe.

A vist the National World War II Museum in New Orleans took me to learn about the "Eastern Holocaust."

The U.S. education here only taught about the Japanese invasion of China and the U.S.A.'s flighing Tigers; and never more about it.

Your artwork and detailing in particular is amazing.

Also the Eastern Holocaust, the "Rape of Nanking (sp?)", the events in Manchuria and oh yeah the wholesale slaughter (I think the japanese even used poison gas against the chinese didn't they?) of the Chinese and if I'm not mistaken also killed off quite afew russian citizens in those areas. Unsure if they ever invaded Vladivostok though.
