Well, it took a long decision of seven years, but I finally got one. Why the reason for what I chose? Well, I'll tell you...

A little over a year ago, an Uncle of mine who I was very close to passed away from an alcohol induced heart attack. He lost much along the way including his wife. He was still a good guy, but just could not drop the addiction despite countless detoxifications and rehab check-ins.

Near the end, feathers, particularly blue jay feathers, became a significant, spiritual icon to him. So, this is my little tribute to his memory. He even gave me the necklace that I'm wearing here, which I have never taken off since the day he died.
