Payments on custom work:
½ Deposit Nonrefundable
½ Upon completion
Item will be shipped when paid in full.

Proofs and Progress pictures will be available on request.

No Refunds on Completed work.
Layaway/ Prepayments accepted.

We do our best to ensure a pleasant transaction.
Quality Product and Service is our Goal.

Privacy is respected. If requested, work will not be posted publicly.

Retail Sales:
Item will ship upon receipt of full payment.
Extra pictures will be available upon request.

Auction:
3 days from close of auction to pay, otherwise item will be relisted.
Item will ship with in 2 business days of full payment.
Exception: Custom work, Item will ship with in 2 business days of completion.



Shipping and Handling:
All shipments are mad using the US Postal Service.
Exception: Other arrangements are made at the time of the sale.

Combined Shipping available
S&H will be Highest S&H plus $2 each additional item.

We request progress updates We will provide in return.

Contests / Raffles:
Domestic S&H included.
Making a journal, advertising the contest/raffle gets and extra entry.
Progress pictures made public unless other wise requested by the winner.
