Been really in a slump for the past few months about my artwork, trying to find wtf is wrong with my artwork.
It lacks core principals that I know, but tend to dismiss. Value, Color Theory, composition, ect ect.
I'm going back to the basics. So this is a value study, used a reference but can't seem to find the link. Will put up when I do.
PLEASE beat this into the ground. Don't be nice. I want to improve.

hu lul, you're a much better person than I am. I'm suppose to be going back to that, but I haven't had the audacity to do so O_o
As for hardcore critiquing: I know it's just the legs and the feet, they just seem so small for her torso, but once you put up a reference I am sure it'll all make sense from there :3 I don't doubt you followed something, but seeing what you were looking at helps make sense of things- even if there is nothing wrong.
