Cactia, being a cactus, is filled with water one could assume. So if she got caught on a particularly hot day would that water caused her to floomph big and tight?
Well it was The Capn's request to make a bloaty version of Cactia, so that's his excuse XD
He changed the design a bit (chiefly the flowers on her ears and the gem in her torso) but he hopes the basic character remains the same.
