He's back, he's redesigned, and he's about 1/10th the size of my other plush-- He's Mini-Sakutaro, and gosh is he cute! Standing at around 4 inches tall, he's not really the cuddling type, but I still like to keep him around in my car to remind me that Witches and Magic Do Exist.

Mini-Sakutaro is made entirely out of antipill fleece and felt, and handstitched. Currently his scarf is removable, but could easily be attached.
