This is a sprite of 
Scentrus I could make by a generator

I was editing it with adobe photoshop cs5, adding a tail and removing the shirt, like I see the most of his pics...
He wanted me to add him in my story and so do I, because one of my neighbor wanted me to make a scene of Dragon Ball Z so I see that Scentrus is perfect for a scene like that...
