Dungeon Crawl, P24
Poor Lunden. Now he had to heal a cracked skull while he tries to explain the riddle.
I'd probably give the door a good swift kick in the way out, personally.
This is another page that just makes me giggle whenever I go back to it.
Trivia: I was going to have this long convoluted situation where Lunden would magically force a bunch of metals and materials that didn't mix into the shape of a key and use it to unlock the door. But this solution, however silly it may be, was far more elegant. (And probably saved me five pages of work)

I couldn't help but recall an odd, almost forgotten David Carridine movie where the former star of the "Kung Fu" TV series was cast as a warrior-wise man on a quest. His sought after item was a mysteriously "Magical" book which supposedly had all the answers of the World in it. The book turned out to be but two ornate covers housing two mirrors within. Yeah... One had to be there to understand how funny that ending was.
