I guess Shadow should have closed his window before he went to bed to prevent a little surprise such as this from happening.

I had the same exact situation happen to me a long arse time ago when I would go visit my grandmother in the country every summer. My grandmother did not believe in central air, so I had no choice but to open my window just enough at night to cool the bedroom a little...which then resulted in me waking up the next morning to a stray cat meeewing at me. Do not worry, the cat was very friendly and very, very fluffy.
