I'll explain about it. Basically her line of work has made her a very very important employee in her place. She's in charge of emergency calls and deployment of Kattia's police. One of the many branches, basic one.
Her job is very similar to secretary, but her decision is considered as important as higher ranks. She has a record on excellent decision making under pressure. She's considered a very important asset and if she needs protection she gets it in just a few minutes.
