I couldn't get it out of my head.
I haven't watched Adventure Time since the first Gender Bend episode.
"Princess Sandy Quartz" I don't know if it is good for a name. Though the basic idea came from Sandstones, which mostly contains quartz inside.
Her crown is just a plain rock, which is sinking in her hair.
Her "skin" is made out of white sand, looking like freckles, and her hair is moist sand that pours down from her skull to the ground in a repeated cycle. (Idea of Quicksand).
Without sand, she would go bald. (second option was death in a certain amount of time.)
She also has a shy personality.
