Notes:
- I forgot the floof on his coat.
- The badge on his arm was me being a derp. The design won't be smiley face like that.
- I think that his coat might need to be a little duller. Like more grey.

Yeah I've been slightly depressed and/or lazy.
If you're sticking with the blue jacket color, I'd make it more of a faded jean blue or a more navy blue. I suck at color coordination though so I can't be much more helpful than that.
I love his facial design and coloring, great contrast and very eye catching.
