It's Rouge the Bat, 5 years ago! She looks a little older then she's supposed to be. ^^;

Now I know SOMEONE'S gonna ask why here hair is so long. Dunno. Just, logic. Thirteen-year-olds tend to care about having friends and looking cute. Rouge is a jewel theif, a very delicate, careful kind of job. Yet, she takes time to look nice. So, if an 18-year-old jewel theif cares about being pretty for HERSELF, think of how she might have dressed to impress others? And as long hair is considered very pretty and stylish when you're 13 (see, Barbie) I figured she might have had it. I put WAY too much thought into that. ^^;
