Simple, satifying and sensational. These sausage balls would make a great meal or snack from the kitchens of  anakar

1 lbs Hot Neese's Sausage
Note: you can use what ever sausage you like so long as it is 1 lbs
3 c. Bisquick
12oz Cheddar
3/4 c. Water

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. (I use my hands as it was more fun and easier to tell when it was mixed correctly... also cause it was faster) Either spray cookie sheet with pam or line with tinfoil. Roll into 1in. balls and place 1 inch apart to allow for expansion. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown serve warm with ranch or other dipping sauce.
Makes: About 45-50 balls

Side Notes: If you use regular sausage it may not taste too much like sausage and more like cheese also try mixing up the cheese you use i like Colby or extra sharp cheddar but Calbot's Seriously sharp cheddar gives it ore of a bite and pepper jack cheese adds more heat if you like it spicy.
