the hoodies used a texture brush am I right?

i just used the want tool to select only the hoodies, then u go to filter>texture>texturize
and mess around till u get something that resembles a clothing or whatever.

i did it with pachuca sunrise too. just added a grain texture over a light yellow-orange paint.

may i suggest you use the transform [CTRL + T] and warp [right click in the free transform bounding box and select 'warp'] the texture so it looks a little more curve conforming

you can also goto edit > transform > warp

still a good piccy though
