Certainly since the first picture, yes. He worked his way *down* to 180. :U
My mom is 5'4" and 180, so I know what that build looks like. He's blocky for sure, but not like he was before college.
Gaining muscle mass might have something to do with it, too.~

Absolutely, and I like how you treated his weight. He's not light, clearly, but he does look much more muscular and more athletic. Any male athlete will tell you, for proper fitness, men have to lift weights. You have to gain muscle to get healthy. And while that place between being both muscular and fat is not an attractive or athletic place to be, it's absolutely on the road to getting to proper professional fitness. Looks like Mitch is on the way.
