Absolutely, and I like how you treated his weight. He's not light, clearly, but he does look much more muscular and more athletic. Any male athlete will tell you, for proper fitness, men have to lift weights. You have to gain muscle to get healthy. And while that place between being both muscular and fat is not an attractive or athletic place to be, it's absolutely on the road to getting to proper professional fitness. Looks like Mitch is on the way.
